Job description

Our client in the Frankfurt am Main area is looking for a state-certified early childhood educator (m/f/d) to start immediately, either full-time or part-time.

Tasks

• Planning, conducting, and supervising educational activities for children and adolescents ages 1 to 12 at educational institutions (daycare centers, preschools, after-school care centers) in the Frankfurt am Main area
• Promoting children's individual development in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
• Support for the integration of children with special needs or from immigrant backgrounds
• Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to promote the well-being of children
• Documentation of development processes and regular reflection within the team

• Completed training as a state-certified early childhood educator (m/f/d) or a completed degree in
• Educational Sciences – Absolutely Essential!
• Experience working with children and adolescents, ideally in an educational setting (daycare center, preschool, after-school care)
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when dealing with children and parents
• Creativity and flexibility in the design of learning and leisure activities
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
