On behalf of a well-known client in the Schwalbach am Taunus region, we are looking for you to join us as an education professional (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis.

Tasks
- Planning and implementation of educational programs for children and young people aged 1 to 12 in daycare centers (nurseries, daycare centers, after-school care centers)
- Promoting the individual development of those in care in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
- Supervision of group activities and recreational programs in the Schwalbach am Taunus region
- Collaboration with parents and other professionals to support developmental processes
- Documentation of development progress and regular participation in team meetings
requirements
- Completed training as a state-certified educator (m/f/d) or Completed degree in the field of education (educational sciences, pedagogy) – mandatory
- Experience working with children and adolescents ages 3 to 12 in daycare centers as an educational professional (early childhood educator or social worker) is a plus
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Creativity and flexibility in dealing with different needs and situations
