Job description

We are looking for you to join our client in Heilbronn immediately as a Swimming Pool Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Supervising pool operations and ensuring the safety of our swimmers
• Conducting Rescue and First Aid Procedures
• Providing assistance to our visitors and offering expert information
• Inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of technical systems and swimming facilities, as well as conducting necessary inspections
• Assistance with classes (e.g., swimming lessons, aqua fitness) and in the sauna
• Participation in events and special promotions at the pool

requirements

• Completed training as a swimming pool operations specialist (m/f/d) and a valid Silver-level lifeguard certification (or willingness to renew it shortly)
• A strong sense of responsibility and keen attention to detail, combined with the ability to react quickly
• A friendly, patient, and service-oriented demeanor, as well as strong communication and conflict resolution skills, even when visitor traffic is high
• Flexibility, a willingness to perform, and the ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic technical understanding and a good command of German (at least B2 level)
