We are seeking a Plastics and Rubber Technologist / Process Mechanic (m/f/d) with experience in injection molding for our renowned client in the plastics and rubber technology sector, to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Operating, Setting Up, Configuring, and Commissioning ENGEL Injection Molding Machines
• Preparation and execution of complete setup procedures
• Installation and removal of injection molding tools, as well as performing setup and functional checks
• Setting Up and Checking Peripheral Devices, Temperature Control Units, and Material Supply Systems
• Setting, Monitoring, and Optimizing Machine and Process Parameters
• Setup, operation, and programming of handling and robotic systems, preferably ENGEL Viper
• Performing tool, material, color, and variant changes
• Supervising production start-ups and assisting with sample production using new molds
• Identifying and Correcting Spraying Errors, Process Malfunctions, and Machine and Quality Deviations
• Conducting First-Article and Production Approvals
• Quality Control of the Manufactured Injection-Molded Parts
• Documentation of process parameters, malfunctions, and corrective actions taken
• Performing or assisting with maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep tasks
• Compliance with applicable labor, safety, quality, and environmental regulations

requirements

• Completed training as a plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d), a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), a plastics moulder (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification
• Work experience in the field of plastic injection molding
• Proficiency in setting up, adjusting, starting up, and operating injection molding machines
• Ideally, experience with ENGEL injection molding machines and the CC300 control system
• Experience working with handling and robotic systems, preferably ENGEL Viper
• Knowledge of setting up, monitoring, and optimizing injection molding processes
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Good written and spoken German
• Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
