Tasks
- Processing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up on quotes
- Tracking Delivery Dates and Order Status
- Coordination with Production and Other Departments
- Maintenance of Customer and Product Data in the ERP System
- Preparation of pricing and cost estimate documents according to specifications
- Creating Reports
requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Work experience in internal sales or order processing is preferred
- Technical knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Good written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
- living in the immediate vicinity of the workplace in Chemnitz
