Tasks
- Procurement of technical materials, components, spare parts, and services
- Requesting and Comparing Quotes
- Conducting price and contract negotiations with suppliers
- Selection, Evaluation, and Management of Suppliers
- Monitoring delivery dates and quantities, as well as resolving delays and complaints
- Review and Optimization of Purchasing Terms
- Support in the development and implementation of procurement strategies
- Coordination with Production and various departments
- Participation in supplier development and supplier evaluation
requirements
- Completed business or technical training, ideally with additional training in purchasing
- Professional experience in technical purchasing is a plus
- Technical understanding and an interest in technical products
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
- Core working hours are 8:15 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
