Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated financial accountant (m/f/d) for our client at the Langenau location to start as soon as possible . The position will initially begin as a 3-month temporary assignment with the prospect of a long-term collaboration.

Tasks

• Independently handling ongoing financial accounting and day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
• Verification, Account Assignment, and Posting of Incoming Invoices
• Account Assignment and Posting of Outgoing Invoices
• Management and processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation and execution of regular payroll runs
• Providing support to the team with various accounting tasks and duties
• Close collaboration and coordination within the accounting team

requirements

• Several years of solid professional experience in a company’s financial accounting department, ideally in a manufacturing environment, such as automotive manufacturing or metalworking
• Alternatively, an apprentice in tax administration (m/f/d) with experience in the day-to-day financial accounting of companies
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting
• Extensive and current hands-on experience with DATEV in the area of financial accounting/bookkeeping (not LODAS)
• A solid understanding of business processes and economic relationships, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to daily accounting work
