HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Job description

We are currently seeking, for immediate placement, an all-around HR professional (m/f/d) for our client, a global company in the electrical industry specializing in high- and low-voltage systems, located in the Rosenheim area.

Tasks

• Point of contact for all employees regarding all operational HR matters
• Supporting Employees from the Time They Join Until They Leave
• Managing and Overseeing Recruitment and Onboarding Processes
• Drafting of employment contracts, performance reviews, certificates, and other HR-related tasks
• Assistance with labor law issues
• Collaboration with the payroll service provider on payroll processing, as well as maintaining and managing HR master data and supporting the time tracking system
• Participation in Career Fairs
• Participation in organizational development initiatives
• Creating and Analyzing HR Metrics and Reports

requirements

• Successfully completed business apprenticeship with additional training in human resources, or a college degree with a focus on human resources or business psychology
• Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist, HR administrator, or HR business partner
• In-depth knowledge of German labor law
• Experience in payroll processes and time tracking
• An independent, structured approach to work with a strong focus on customer service 
• A hands-on approach and strong execution skills
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills for working in an international environment
