Tasks

• You are the primary point of contact for existing customers and field sales representatives. You proactively provide advice, identify opportunities, and thereby strengthen customer relationships over the long term.
• You manage the entire process: from quotes and order entry to schedule tracking and billing.
• You will develop new client relationships, maintain existing ones, and ensure complete documentation
• You will support the further development of electronic data exchange and contribute your own ideas for process optimization

requirements

• Successful completion of business studies or professional experience in the relevant field
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working on the phone
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good German and good English skills
