Tasks

• Independently and comprehensively performing timely, monthly payroll processing for a defined care unit
• Ensuring thorough master data maintenance in the HR management tool
• Preparation of Monthly Reports
• Communication with external entities (health insurance companies, government agencies, etc.)
• Point of contact for employees and managers regarding all payroll-related matters

requirements

• You have completed a business apprenticeship and received additional training in human resources.
• You have several years of professional experience in operational human resources and possess in-depth knowledge of HR administration and payroll processing.
• You have a solid understanding of labor law, social security law, and income tax law, and you confidently apply this knowledge in your day-to-day HR work.
• You enjoy continuously optimizing processes and actively helping to shape a modern human resources department.
