Tasks

• Providing expert advice to our customers and handling inquiries and orders independently
• Preparing and tracking quotes for our maintenance and service offerings
• Comprehensive management and coordination of maintenance and service orders—from spare parts procurement to invoicing
• Efficient scheduling and resource allocation for our service technicians
• Thorough customer- and order-related administration, as well as maintenance of the relevant system data

requirements

• Solid technical expertise in the construction trade, ideally in the areas of door and gate installation, as well as electrical work
• Further education in business is an advantage
• Experience in managing and coordinating workflows or tasks
• A strong focus on customers and service, combined with a professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Resilience, dedication, and a high level of commitment
• Flexibility and Assertiveness
• Proficiency in Common Computer Applications
