• Caring for and Supporting Children
• Planning and Implementing Projects
• Monitoring and Documenting Developments
• Conducting Developmental and Parent-Teacher Conferences
• Participation in shaping daily life at the facility 

requirements

• Completed training as a state-certified early childhood educator (m/f/d) or a comparable educational qualification
• Experience in early childhood education
• Extensive experience in observing, documenting, and fostering children's development 
• Knowledge of the relevant legal framework governing child day care and child protection
• Ability to work as part of a team, ability to work independently, and a sense of responsibility
