Tasks
- Planning, conducting, and supervising educational activities for children ages 3 to 6
- Promoting children's individual development in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
- Support for the integration of children with special needs (e.g., autism) or from immigrant backgrounds
- Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to promote the well-being of children
- Documentation of development processes and regular reflection within the team
requirements
- Completed training as a therapeutic care worker (m/f/d) in accordance with Section 25b, Paragraph 1, No. 15 of the Hessian Children and Youth Code (HKJGB)
- Experience working with children with special needs, ideally in an educational setting (daycare center, after-school program)
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when dealing with children and parents
- Creativity and flexibility in the design of learning and leisure activities
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
