Tasks

• They plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects, renovations, and transformations at the plant.
• As the primary point of contact on site, you will oversee the project's implementation and provide advice to the client.
• They conduct site inspections, oversee construction work, and document the project's progress.
• They select suitable subcontractors, solicit bids, and coordinate their work.
• You prepare quotes and ensure smooth communication between the client, subcontractors, and project participants.
• They monitor the quality of the work performed and prepare regular reports for the client.
• You are responsible for billing for services rendered and for preparing interim and final invoices.

requirements

• You have a degree in civil engineering or have completed continuing education to become a state-certified technician in the field of structural engineering or building services engineering.
• You have several years of professional experience in managing and coordinating construction projects, ideally in a similar position.
• You have knowledge of the legal framework in the construction industry.
• You are proficient in using MS Office and have a strong grasp of numbers.
• You have a high level of proficiency in spoken and written German.
• A Class B driver's license is required.
• You work proactively, with a customer-focused approach, and in a structured manner, and you stand out for your organizational skills and strong communication abilities.
