Tasks

• Verification, account assignment, and posting of day-to-day business transactions in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounting
• Preparation and processing of payment runs, as well as execution of manual transfers
• Monitoring and Resolving Outstanding Liabilities and Accounts Payable
• Handling accounts receivable management, including the dunning process
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Close collaboration and coordination with the operational departments

requirements

• Completed business training, ideally as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or financial accountant (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in accounts payable
• Strong knowledge of German value-added tax law; experience with international business transactions is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP FI/MM, particularly in logistics invoice verification, or of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable
