As part of the internal sales team, you’ll serve as a key point of contact between customers, the field sales team, and internal departments, ensuring that orders are processed reliably and on time. Tasks

• Customer Service: You are the first point of contact for customers, answer their inquiries, and guide them through the entire sales process.
• Order Management: From processing to monitoring, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of customer orders and resolving outstanding issues, for example, in coordination with shipping partners.
• System Operations: You will monitor orders in SAP, analyze discrepancies, and maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system.
• Sales Support: Through your efforts, you will reliably assist colleagues in both field sales and inside sales with technical and organizational matters

• Education and Experience: You have completed a commercial or industrial vocational training program and have experience in internal sales or customer service.
• Work Style: You naturally possess a structured approach, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Commitment to Quality: High standards of service and a meticulous approach to work are second nature to you.
• IT Skills: You are proficient in MS Office and, ideally, have experience with SAP
