Tasks
- Receiving and processing technical inquiries and malfunctions by phone, email, or ticket system
- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software problems as well as technical malfunctions
- Supporting users with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and instructions
- Collaborating with other departments to solve complex technical problems
requirements
- Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing IT systems, networks, and software
- Experience with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network technologies
- Strong communication skills and patience when dealing with end users
- Independent and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations
