Tasks

• You will be responsible for providing support to users both domestically and internationally—by phone, remote support, or on-site as needed. 
• You will document and evaluate support cases, develop measures to improve efficiency, and keep the knowledge base practical and up-to-date
• You will coordinate complex issues in collaboration with the third-level experts and ensure a smooth flow of information 
• You manage IT equipment throughout its entire lifecycle—from selection and procurement to inventory management, maintenance, and decommissioning 
• You'll use your expertise to evaluate new IT systems and solutions and oversee their selection and implementation 
• You ensure that our employees have access to reliable, high-performance, and future-proof IT workstations 

requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or hold a comparable qualification for this position 
• You already have experience with Windows client environments, and a basic knowledge of Apple/Mac is ideal 
• You combine ticket processing and troubleshooting with a strong commitment to customer service 
• You have a knack for user-oriented communication and possess a good command of both German and English for day-to-day collaboration within the team 
• You enjoy helping users quickly and in a solution-oriented way, while creating tangible added value 
• Flexibility is one of your strengths, and you quickly find suitable solutions even in new situations
