Tasks

• Independent processing of customer orders from domestic and international clients
• Organization and coordination of national and international shipping and logistics processes
• Planning and processing of export orders in accordance with applicable customs and export regulations
• Preparation and review of shipping, export, and customs documents
• Processing Customs Clearance Through Atlas
• Preparing Long-Term Supplier Declarations
• Processing shipping and export inquiries, as well as communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments

requirements

• Completed business training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding, logistics, wholesale, or international trade, or a comparable qualification
• Work experience in logistics and exports
• Strong knowledge of export and customs procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and enjoy collaborating with different departments
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Basic understanding of business administration
