Tasks

• Comprehensive rental management of the real estate portfolio for specialty and commercial properties
• Contract management, specifically lease management
• Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with utility billing (as part of a team)
• Awarding Contracts to Tradespeople and Overseeing Service Providers
• Support for Operational Administrative Management
• Correspondence with Companies and Tenants (m/f/d)
• Ad Management for Various Real Estate Portals
• Assistance with Apartment Viewings and Final Inspections
• Further Development of Property Management

requirements

• Experience in real estate management, ideally with commercial real estate
• Completed training as a real estate agent, or comparable business training 
• Experience in utility billing
• Accounting knowledge is a plus
• Proficient Use of Microsoft Office Applications
• An independent, meticulous, and organized approach to work, with a strong focus on customers and service
• Hands-on approach, solution-oriented, team player
