Wir suchen einen kommunikationsstarken Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Customer Service für einen Kunden in Frankfurt. Die Stelle ist ab sofort im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility and execution of written and telephone correspondence
• Ensuring smooth order processing (OTC)
• Recording and tracking of goods reservations
• Ensuring the correct customer master data
• Condition and price maintenance in SAP
• Provision of article and image data (Excel/customer portals)
• Responsibility for smooth handling of promotions
• Complaints processing / SAP workflow
• Unterstützung und Teilnahme Kundentermin- und Jahresgesprächsvorbereitung
• Interface function to specialist departments (sales, logistics, finance)
• Supporting customers with sampling/house measurements

Your profile:

• Commercial training
• Good SAP/R3 SD knowledge
• Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
• Analytisches Denken
• Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
