Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the friendly and professional support of the service hotline
- You process referrals and answer telephone and written customer inquiries
- You are responsible for recording customer information in the database
- You process master data, invoices, complaints and claims
- You are involved in the active processing of customers
- You will work independently on processes in the areas of billing, market communication, appliance and energy data management
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have experience in the commercial sector
- You are experienced with PC & Internet
- You are naturally motivated to work with and among people
- You have a good command of written and spoken German (B2)
- You are characterized by your willingness to help and your strong communication skills
